Welcome! I'm Nicole

You’re probably here because you value love and relationships just as much as I do.

LOVE—such a beautiful feeling of connection, the depth, the magic of being seen and chosen.

But let’s be real: relationships aren’t always soft and sweet.

Sometimes, they are messy and sooo very painful.

They can feel like a rollercoaster—moments of closeness followed by confusion & anxiety, hope and dreams followed by heartbreak and disappointment.

And just when things start to feel okay, a new twist hits… or maybe it’s an old wound resurfacing again.

If you’re feeling lost in the aftermath of a breakup, stuck in patterns that keep repeating, or questioning why love feels so hard—you’re not alone.

As a relationship and trauma therapist, I specialize in supporting millennials navigating breakups and painful relationship patterns, process grief and relational wounds, So they can feel safe in love, rebuild confidence, and create meaningful, secure relationships

Imagine This…

You feel lighter.

Not because everything is fixed or perfect—but because your body isn’t carrying the weight of constant self-doubt or self-blame.
You’re finally learning to trust your gut.
You speak honestly and don’t spend the rest of the day wondering if you are “too much.”
You move through the world with a quiet confidence that doesn’t need to be earned.

You’re not living in survival mode anymore.

You’re not losing sleep, scanning every interaction for the risk of being abandoned, and constantly processing past interactions for hidden meanings.
You sleep more deeply. You answer calls without bracing.
You choose connection, not because you have to, but because you want to.

You feel grounded in who you are.

When something feels off, you notice it right away—and instead of doubting or second-guessing, you honor that inner voice. You know your boundaries, and you’re not afraid to speak them out loud. Conversations feel easier because you don’t shrink back or over-explain—you know your worth and you show up with confidence.

You’re managing your emotions with confidence

Instead of being swept away by anxiety, anger, or self-doubt, you know how to pause, breathe, and respond in ways that feel true to you. You don’t bottle things up or explode—you communicate clearly, and you feel proud of how you handle yourself.

You feel grounded in your body, calm in your mind, and connected to your heart. More and more, you trust that you can move through hard moments without losing yourself.

  • Yes! I provide EMDR therapy in person in Long Beach and also offer online therapy across California. Whether you’re local or joining virtually, we can create a safe space for healing.

  • Absolutely. Breakups can leave you feeling heartbroken, confused, or even questioning your worth. Therapy gives you a place to process the grief, release old patterns, and rebuild your confidence. With support, you can move forward feeling stronger, more grounded, and open to love again.

  • Attachment-informed therapy helps you understand the patterns that show up in your relationships — like fear of abandonment, difficulty trusting, or pulling away when things get close. By gently exploring these attachment wounds, we can help you feel safer, more secure, and more connected in love.

  • EMDR helps your brain and body let go of the pain that feels “stuck” after a breakup, betrayal, or difficult relationship. Instead of staying caught in the same memories or fears, EMDR helps you process them in a healthy way. Many people notice they feel calmer, less triggered, and more hopeful about love after EMDR therapy.

  • It’s completely normal to feel stuck or unsure about this decision. Therapy gives you space to slow down, listen to your own needs, and find clarity. Together, we’ll explore what feels right for you — without judgment or pressure.
